BACKGROUND AND ORDER SOUGHT BY THE PARTIES
Defendants filed an 'application to review a case management order' (R. 333 RoP), as App_27016/2025, requesting to have the order of the JR of 23 May 2025 (ORD 21852/2025) regarding preliminary objections filed by Defendants, reviewed by the entire panel (Rule 333.1 RoP). In the alternative to allow the appeal against the decision of the panel on the preliminary objections.
The order concerns four separately filed preliminary objections (the 'POs', filed as App_19208/2025, App_19773/2025, App_19158/2025 and App_19821/202) in two infringement actions (UPC_CFI_191/2025 and UPC_CFI_192) pending between Claimants and Defendants.
